Module Bill of Materials
Overview
The printed circuit board (PCB) for this system incorporates more than 50 individual electronic components that support power regulation, sensing, actuation, and user interface functionality. These components range from passive devices such as capacitors, resistors, and inductors used for power filtering, signal conditioning, current limiting, and voltage stabilization to active integrated circuits that perform the primary control functions of the system. Key active components include a 3.3 V buck regulator for efficient voltage conversion, DRV8825 stepper motor drivers for controlling the hybrid bipolar stepper motors responsible for mechanical movement, and TMAG5273 3-axis Hall effect sensors used for magnetic field sensing and positional feedback. The ESP32-S3 WiFi/Bluetooth module serves as the central processing unit, enabling embedded control and wireless communication. Additional components such as LEDs, tactile switches, jumpers, and test points provide user interaction, configuration, and debugging capabilities. Power and system connectivity are supported through interfaces including a DC barrel jack, Micro-USB connector, and multiple expansion and subsystem connectors.
