Introduction
This datasheet is for the camera actuation system as part of the camera and camera arm subteam for The Duck, a maritime inspection robot. This datasheet encompasses the design process, planning, and manufacturing of the system.
Project Summary
The Duck is a modular maritime inspection robot that can be outfitted for multiple different mission sets, from hull inspections to recovery missions. This is accomplished through a team of 10 people working on 10 unique subsystems, which can be located at the team report. This datasheet covers the camera actuator as a part of the camera and camera arm subteam.
My Contribution
This datasheet covers the camera actuator as a part of the camera and camera arm subteam. The camera actuator will enable The Duck to move a camera and attached peripherals to enhance data collection and provide near real-time visual feedback from whatever mission it is assigned to.
